Application #7 Lime Application
When lawns are weedy, patchy in spots or turn yellow, your pH balance of your lawn is off. One primary method of correcting the problem is to add lime to your lawn to restore depleted nutrients and repair the damage.
Application #8 Spring/Fall Core Aeration
Aerating is very important to your lawns health and appearance. Core aerating pulls plugs from your lawn to reduce thatch and soil compaction. Aerating allows water, air and fertilizers to reach grass roots to improve strength and overall condition.
Application #9 Overseeding
(Done with aerating)
Overseeding plants new grass seed right into the soil without damaging the existing grass. Beneficial to improving bare spots, thickening up lawns and improving lawn color. Thick lawns require less fertilizers and water to thrive.
